We have all heard about it, and it seems to be on the rise. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) can make it challenging for parents to connect with their children.

However, engaging in activities that promote communication and bonding can help parents overcome these challenges.

In this blog post, we will discuss how parents with ADHD can improve their relationship with their children through fun and interactive activities.

As a mother that wasn't diagnosed until recently I have found things in this article to have significantly improved my relationship with the kids and how we communicate .

ADHD can impact the way parents raise their children without them realizing it. Symptoms of ADHD, such as impulsivity, distractibility, and difficulty with organization, can make it challenging for parents to establish consistent routines and boundaries.
